Do you have free WiFi?
Yes, we have complimentary WiFi available in all bedrooms and public areas.
Do you provide car parking?
Yes, but we do not book spaces it is first come first served. To avail of free car parking all guests must register their vehicle at check-in for the duration of their stay, non-registered vehicles may face fines for parking without authorisation.
Do you serve breakfast and what if you require an early breakfast?
Yes, we offer a full Scottish Breakfast and a fully stock continental selection. Breakfast starts at 7.30 am, but if you require something earlier than 6.30 am the continental selection will be ready. If earlier than that we can prepare you something to take away with you.
How far are you from the train station?
We are a short 5 minutes walk.
How far is the theatre from the hotel?
Walking it is around two miles. If you require a taxi, please, contact the hotel ahead of your arrival and we will be happy to book a taxi for you. There are not so many taxies around the town if you leave it last minute you may be disappointed.
How late is the hotel open?
We are open 24 hours, we lock the front door once we believe most guests are in, but we have a night bell that will alert the night porter.
Does the hotel have an elevator?
Yes, we have two elevators giving access to all floors.
What is PEEPs?
Is Personnel Emergency Evacuation Plan. If you believe you will require assistance if an emergency was to happen, please, contact the reception who will agree on a plan with you.
Do you have showers or baths?
We have a mix of either shower only rooms, or shower and bath combos. Please, let us know your preference when booking.
If we arrive early or have a late departure is there somewhere we can leave our luggage?
Yes, we have an area where you can store luggage before your check-in or after your check out.
I have a voucher. Why do I need to leave my credit card details?
It is a mandatory step in our booking process and no booking can be made without card details. If you are prepaid, there will be no charge to your card. When you arrive and you charge anything to your room, you will have the choice to pay with the card provided, choose another card or pay in cash.
If I need to cancel will I be charged?
We have two types of rates. Our prepaid rates do not allow any changes or cancellations. Our Best available or flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival, thereafter, we will charge for the first day of your stay.
What if have not received my confirmation e-mail?
Try checking your junk/spam folder. If you have not received it 48 hours after making your booking, please, contact us on 01796 484900.
Where can I find information on local buses?
The timetables are printed at the bus stops. Going North, stay on the same side as the hotel, going South, cross the road. The bus stops are next to The Coach House Bar on Atholl Road, a two-minute walk from the hotel.
Does the hotel have a pool, spa or gym?
Yes, we have all of the above and more. Our Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym are open daily from 7 am until 9 pm. We have two Spa Treatment rooms where we offer a full range of treatments.
