Annex Rooms

Our Annex Rooms are situated in our Annex buildings. Although not part of the main hotel building these buildings are magnificent in their own right. Our Annex buildings offers two different room types and comfortable accommodation in the heart of Pitlochry. Choose from The Bank House Rooms or The Duneavis Rooms.

The Bank House includes a range of standard double and king rooms and was the former bank of Scotland building, and it retains many of the original features. Our Bank House Rooms are dog friendly so the most important member of the family can join you for your getaway in Pitlochry. Rest assured that your furry four-legged companions will be welcome with open arms here at Scotlands Spa Hotel.

The Duneavis Building includes large family rooms and is a beautiful building set in its own stunning gardens. These family rooms are bright and spacious and the largest room can sleep up to five.

All of our Annex rooms are en-suite and boast all modern amenities including ultra comfortable beds,  large flat screen TV, tea/coffee making facilities and Nespresso machines. As our guest of both The Bank House and The Duneavis Buildings you will receive complimentary Wi-Fi for the duration of your stay allowing you to browse your social media or to stay connected with friends and family.

Leisure & Spa Facilities

All guests of our annex rooms have complimentary access to our indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and gymnasium for the duration of your stay with us. If you feel like treating yourself to the ultimate relaxation experience, then we suggest you book one of the many massage therapy treatments available in our in-house Scotland’s Spa. Pre booking is essential for our Scotland’s spa to avoid disappointment.

The Scotland’s Spa Hotel is the ideal base from which to explore the bustling Victorian Town of Pitlochry and the stunning county of Perthshire. Our central town location means we are in close proximity to a wide variety of attractions and activities. Guests can choose from a range of nearby parks, Nae Limits adventure Centre, Highland Safari, The Salmon Ladder and Dam, Queens View and Visitor Centre. If Distilleries are for you why not take a trip to any of the three nearby distilleries nearby, choose from Edradour, Blair and Atholl and Dewars Distillery.
