Benefits of Swimming

Swimming is a great activity.  It tones your entire body while providing an excellent cardiovascular workout.  It strengthens your heart muscle and improves the delivery of oxygen to muscles.  It’s hard to beat swimming when it comes to a sport that builds the body, soothes the mind, regulates breathing, stimulates circulation and puts no stress on the joints.

Our swimming pool is open daily from 7am to 9pm. Last admission is one hour before closing

All pool users must sign in at reception. Our pool is not staffed so all under 16’s must be under the supervision of an adult
